The company was founded in Tianqiao District, Jinan City, Shandong Province, with a registered capital of 3 million yuan and a staff size of less than 50 people. Songyu Lianchuang Intelligent Equipment (Shandong) Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in woodworking cutting machines and non-standard customized equipment. Since its establishment, it has always adhered to the development concept of "making high-quality products and creating a world brand", and is committed to providing high-quality and diversified CNC equipment for global customers. It has a complete machining workshop: from steel feeding to annealing, shot blasting, and spraying, all operations are streamlined, and it has multiple imported CNC machining machines. All mechanical components are independently supplied. A complete sheet metal processing production line: from sheet metal cutting, bending and forming to spray coating processing, it meets the different customization needs of users.
Over the years, Songyu Lianchuang has continuously optimized production processes and improved product quality through standardized enterprise management. Through continuous efforts, the company has achieved certain results in technology research and development. Sheet metal processing equipment covers the entire process from material pretreatment to forming, welding, and surface treatment. Material pretreatment equipment includes shearing machines, leveling machines, and CNC plasma cutting machines. Forming processing equipment includes CNC bending machines, stamping machines, CNC turret punching machines, and plate bending machines. Welding and connection equipment includes argon arc welding machines, carbon dioxide gas shielded welding machines, stud welding machines, and rivet free connection equipment. Surface treatment equipment includes sandblasting machines, spraying production lines, and wire drawing machines. Automation and testing equipment includes sheet metal processing centers and 3D laser cutting machines.
