Process of Furniture Production Line
Cutting
After receiving the production order, the design department must first design the drawings according to the requirements of the order. According to the product drawing, the electronic saw and the sliding table saw cut out the required size and specification of the plate.
Pressurize
According to the requirements of the drawings, the ordinary boards are pasted with white latex into boards of the required specifications, which is convenient for forming or reprocessing. The gluing of the boards should be firm without degumming. When adding boards, they must be aligned with the adjacent sides of the frame. And the position deviation of the upper and lower boards is less than 1.5cm. The surface of the part should be clean and flat. Obvious bending deformation, scratches, and excess glue application are not allowed.
Edge banding
After receiving the finished board, the automatic edge banding machine will paste all the edges with edge bands of corresponding colors and specifications. The closed edge is more conducive to subsequent processing and also prevents the edge from bursting.
Drill
Drilling is the most critical process of the panel furniture production line. All the scattered boards are assembled into furniture through a row of holes and a combination of accessories. The row of holes is to drill holes on the board to connect the accessories. Its principle is a three-in-one assembly.
Engraving
Carve out various shapes according to the requirements of the drawings, such as arcs, lines, etc., to achieve beautiful effects.
Trimming
If there are imperfections in the edge trimming of the board and machine after edge sealing. Therefore, manual restoration and polishing are required to ensure that each edge is smooth.

Preinstalled
