It features a 12-tool linear magazine that supports automatic tool changing, which reduces tool change time and greatly improves production efficiency. The machine adopts a bus control system and high-power servo motors, guaranteeing high machining accuracy and stable operation. Its heavy-duty welded frame constructed with square tubing provides excellent load-bearing capacity, ensuring smooth operation and preventing deformation during long-term use.

Introduction
The edge banding machine is mainly used for edge banding of furniture boards. It completes industrial processing through equipment steps such as preheating, gluing, feeding, cutting, pressing, front and rear alignment, finishing, scraping, and polishing in one step.

2. Heating the rapid sol-gel pot melts the solid glue, and using a spiral structure to feed the glue
Apply adhesive evenly to the board.
3. Composed of front and rear flush heads, controlled by Taiwan Yadeke solenoid valves, Taiwan Yadeke cylinders, and equipped with a unique flush plate protection function, it is cut by a special saw blade to enhance the stability of the flush head.
4. The precision trimming knife is an R2 oblique trimming knife, which leaves a margin of 5-6 threads for edge scraping. It uses automatic tracking of the template and a high-frequency high-speed motor to achieve fast cutting. The R2 oblique trimming knife is used to trim the curvature.
5. Scraping edge: used to eliminate the secondary wave marks caused by the cutting process of non-linear trimming, making the upper and lower parts of the board smoother and neater. At the same time, scraping edge can also adjust the size of the arc, making the edge sealing effect more perfect.
6. Clean the processed board with a cotton polishing wheel, remove excess glue stains, and polish to make the edge sealing surface smoother and neater.
7. The motor adopts a calendar motor, which is durable, with stable output speed and low noise.
