The tool magazine is fixed behind the machine tool and linked to the spindle system through guide rails, occupying less space on the side of the machine tool and suitable for layout in small and medium-sized machining workshops. The tool magazine is arranged perpendicular or parallel to the spindle, and when changing tools, the spindle moves along the Z-axis to the tool magazine position, which cooperates with the spindle tool magazine to grab the tools. The structure is simple and easy to maintain. Using servo motor to drive the tool magazine, the repeated positioning accuracy can reach ± 0.005mm, meeting the requirements of precision machining.

● Woodworking and Furniture Manufacturing: Customized panel processing for wardrobes and cabinets, with a straight row rear tool changing center that can quickly switch between cutting knives, edge banding knives, drilling drills, etc., completing the integration of "cutting → punching → milling".

● Advertising and signage industry: cutting and carving of acrylic and PVC boards, such as producing luminous characters, by replacing the cutting knife, V-shaped knife, and polishing wheel through the rear tool changing center, achieving a one-time molding of "contour cutting → oblique edge milling → surface polishing".

● High rigidity and stability: The rear design of the tool magazine makes the center of gravity distribution of the machine tool more balanced, and the bed body is mostly made of cast iron, which has strong seismic resistance and is suitable for high load conditions during metal cutting (such as milling stainless steel and aluminum alloys). The bed body is made of thick walled steel pipes welded and tempered, with a high rigidity gantry structure that can withstand heavy cutting loads without deformation during long-term operation.

● Automation and flexible production: It can be linked with automatic loading and unloading systems and workpiece detection devices to achieve full process automation of "loading → processing → tool change → unloading", suitable for mass production or customized processing.

● Maintenance convenience: The tool magazine is located at the back of the machine tool, and operators can directly access the tools from the side or back, which is convenient for clamping, debugging, and daily maintenance, reducing downtime.
