Introduction

The 7 * 9 straight row tool changing machining center is a customized CNC machining equipment. "7 * 9" generally refers to a worktable size of 7 feet x 9 feet (approximately 2130MM x 2740MM), which can be used for processing large-sized sheet metal.

Used for processing cabinet doors, wardrobe doors, solid wood furniture, panel furniture, corrugated boards, screens, background walls, advertising signs, signage, etc. The cutting tools are arranged in a straight line, with common capacities of 12 and 16. By generating negative pressure through a vacuum pump, the board is firmly adsorbed to prevent displacement during processing, ensuring processing accuracy. At the same time, it also supports partitioned adsorption processing of small-sized boards.

● Transmission system: The XY axis is often driven by a helical gear rack, which can achieve fast movement. The blank line speed can reach 25-40 meters/minute, suitable for rapid processing of large area plates. It has high positioning accuracy and can meet the requirements of fine carving and depth control.

● Spindle: Common power range is 7.5-12kW, such as 9kW high-power electric spindle, with a speed generally between 18000-24000 revolutions per minute. It can be water-cooled or air-cooled for heat dissipation, and has the characteristics of low noise, long service life, and strong power. It can meet the requirements of various machining processes such as cutting, milling, carving, etc. for spindle power and torque.

● Automatic tool change: It can automatically and quickly change tools according to preset programs, reducing manual intervention and improving processing efficiency, especially suitable for mass production.

● Multi functional processing: capable of performing various processing operations such as cutting, carving, punching, milling grooves, and chamfering, suitable for processing diverse and complex products.
