The equipment mainly consists of a set of supercharger, a Weihong AC five-axis bus CNC system, a cutting platform, and a set of AC five-axis cutting head equipped with a high-precision laser height measuring device. Songyu CNC five-axis ultra-high pressure waterjet cutting machine is an industrial-grade cutting equipment integrating high precision, large travel, multi-angle cutting and intelligent operation. Adopting ultra-high pressure waterjet with abrasive (garnet sand) cutting technology, it can realize precision machining of flat surfaces, bevels, curved surfaces as well as 2D/3D/4D profiling. It is widely applicable to almost all materials such as metals, stone, sintered stone, glass, ceramics and composite materials. It solves the drawbacks of traditional cutting such as thermal deformation, dust pollution and insufficient accuracy, making it core equipment for high-end customization, precision manufacturing, and deep processing of stone and sintered stone products.

Introduction

This machine is made of heavy materials, with a solid bed, which is durable and does not deform. The whole machine is processed by a large five-sided milling machine to process the guide rail surface and drill holes.

Products Description

The machine is equipped with a high-pressure energy-saving ultra-high pressure booster assembly independently developed by our company, which can be matched with a 22 kW main motor. The cutting head is fitted with a 0.33 mm diameter jewel nozzle, supporting a long-term working pressure of ≤ 340 MPa.(When equipped with a 30 kW motor, it can achieve a continuous working pressure of ≤ 370 MPa, also with a 0.33 mm diameter jewel nozzle.)

It features a dual cooling system (air cooling and water cooling), eliminating the need for an external cooling tower. The machine has a compact structure and a small footprint.

The equipment adopts an independent control console that can be moved within a certain range, allowing the operator to control the machine at any position and effectively reducing vibration interference from the machine body to the control system. It is also equipped with an automatic heat dissipation function.

The workbench adopts a gantry structure. The water tank is constructed with thick plates and a double-layer keel structure. The longitudinal and cross beams are welded with H-shaped structural steel and reinforcing ribs (both beams undergo heat treatment after welding and machining), ensuring a durable and robust structure. The guide rails and ball screws of the longitudinal and cross beams are protected by an oil-immersed dustproof structure.

The machine is equipped with an automatic tool setting function. Only one tool setting is required before processing the first workpiece. After the workpiece is finished, the cutting head automatically lifts up and retracts to the non-working area of the machine in linkage with the X and Y axes. After the operator loads the second workpiece, no re-setting is needed; the cutting head automatically returns to the initial position to start the next processing cycle.

It adopts a complete set of Weihong bus control cards and servo control kits, featuring reliable control performance, excellent acceleration, and comprehensive after-sales service.

The cross beam is made of H-shaped structural steel with reinforcing ribs (heat-treated after welding), and its deformation can be controlled within 0.5 mm (compared with about 1.5 mm deformation for ordinary bent beams).

It uses imported TBI brand ball screws and linear guide rails to ensure transmission accuracy, durability and high quality. Dual protection functions of over-travel automatic hard limit and soft limit are provided.

The new third-generation cutting head structure reduces the number of high-pressure water rotary joints in the AC cutting head from two to only one C-axis rotary joint, greatly lowering the failure rate of the A-axis rotary joint and the cost of spare parts replacement for customers.
