Notes On Operation Of CNC Stone Machine
Leave a message
1. Pre-operation Precautions
Check all power cords, data lines and circuits for damage, aging and leakage.
Inspect the lubrication of guide rails, racks and lead screws; add special lubricating oil regularly.
Check the water cooling system. Ensure sufficient water level and normal water circulation. The spindle must be cooled by water all the time to avoid burning out.
Firmly fix the stone workpiece with pressure plates and fixtures to prevent displacement, vibration and edge chipping.
Clean up debris and stone residues on the worktable, and ensure no obstacles within the moving range.
Check the cutting tools. Ensure the tools are tightly installed; use special tools for stone processing.
2. Operation Precautions
After power on, perform axis homing first to calibrate X, Y, Z axes.
Run the machine at low speed idle firstly. Adjust processing parameters only after no abnormal conditions.
Do not put hands near the moving cutting tool during operation.
Keep water spraying and dust removal system working to reduce dust and tool wear.
Do not overload processing or exceed the machine travel. Reduce feeding speed for hard and thick stone materials.
Stop the machine immediately if there is abnormal noise, vibration, water leakage or system error.
Operators must wear protective goggles. Do not wear gloves when operating rotating tools.
3. Post-operation Precautions
Turn off the spindle, water pump and dust removal device first, then cut off the main power supply.
Clean stone mud, residues and dust on the worktable, guide rails and water tank in time.
Wipe off water stains on metal parts to prevent rust and corrosion.
Drain the water tank if the machine is out of service for a long time.
Maintain the machine regularly and store cutting tools properly.
4. Electrical & Safety Regulations
The machine must be well grounded. Install a voltage stabilizer in areas with unstable voltage.
Do not operate the control panel and electric cabinet with wet hands; keep the electric box dry and dust-proof.
Non-professionals are not allowed to modify system parameters, circuits and drive settings.
Cut off the power completely when changing tools or maintaining the equipment.
Keep the workshop well ventilated to reduce stone dust accumulation.
5. Daily Maintenance
Daily: Check cooling water, clean residues, wipe guide rails.
Weekly: Add lubricant, clean water tank, check tools and fasteners.
Monthly: Inspect circuits, bearings and seals; do anti-rust treatment for the whole machine.
